1. Who we are
GB Abstract World is operated by Gorazd Bračun, registered in Slovenia at Bonifacijeva ulica 11, Piran, Slovenia. Contact: gbart@abstractworld.art. See our Legal Notice for full details.
2. What we sell
GB Abstract World sells original, hand-painted acrylic-on-canvas artworks by Gorazd Bračun. Every piece is a one-of-a-kind original. We do not sell prints or reproductions.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in the countries own currency and include applicable VAT where required by law. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you complete your order. We accept payment via Shopify Payments, credit/debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, UnionPay, Maestro, American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Shop Pay. Import duties or taxes that may apply in your destination country are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout — see our [Shipping Policy].
4. Orders and delivery
Order confirmation is sent by email once payment is received. Delivery timeframes and costs are shown at checkout and detailed in our Shipping Policy. Because each painting is one of a kind, once an item is sold it is removed from sale and cannot be reordered.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason, as detailed in our [Return Policy]. This right does not affect your separate rights under statutory warranty/conformity law if an item arrives damaged or not as described.

7. Authenticity
Each original painting is signed by the artist. A certificate of authenticity is included with every original purchase.
8. Intellectual property
All images, artwork, and content on this site remain the intellectual property of Gorazd Bračun / GB Abstract World. Purchasing a painting transfers ownership of the physical artwork only — it does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights, which remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the price paid for the relevant item.
10. Dispute resolution
We do not participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedures. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly with us may be brought before the competent courts as set out below.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. If you are a consumer resident in another EU/EEA member state, this choice of law does not deprive you of protections you're entitled to under the mandatory consumer-protection law of your own country of residence. Any dispute not resolved via ADR shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of LJUBLJANA.
12. Export and sanctions compliance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that would violate applicable EU, UN, or destination-country export control or sanctions law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
